It's an ok store, not the best B&N I have been to. It has a lot of overpriced magazines, 20 dollars and up. You can get some decent books for that price that probably covers the same topic of the magazine and has more information. It also has a lot of the same type of magazines. I didn't realize there had to be like 5 different magazines for container gardening. Staff only had one checkout clerk, and at that hour people are probably just getting off of work and want to buy a book or a CD to curl up to and read or listen to. Expect a line. Their big inventory of Legos that doesn't belong at a bookstore. I would much rather see a supply of music CDs or vinyls. It seems more appropriate when reading a book.

This is a go to place for my daughter like most teens. I only wish they carried less same sex Manga and cleaned there bathrooms. They absolutely stink and could benefit from better ventilation. After going to Texas and patronizing multiple different Barnes and Noble in different cities including Austin I was shocked to see how different the Manga selection was and how many different varieties of Manga there were available.

Barnes & Noble Corporate Team — I hope this review reaches the right people because Claudia is the kind of employee every company should strive to have. She represents Barnes & Noble at the highest level. Claudia is exceptionally friendly, professional, and deeply knowledgeable. She took her time answering questions with genuine patience and care, never once making us feel rushed. What truly sets her apart is her natural ability to connect with customers—she effortlessly spoke multiple languages to assist different guests, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that is rare to experience in retail today. Her bubbly personality, positive energy, and passion for helping others completely elevated our visit. She promotes products thoughtfully and with integrity, always focused on what’s best for the customer. Because of Claudia, this visit felt memorable—not transactional. Employees like Claudia are invaluable. She is a true asset to Barnes & Noble and deserves recognition, appreciation, and advancement. Experiences like this are why customers remain loyal.
