The table was too dirty, I talked to the staff to clean it , he said wait for a while . He was eating , I waited for four minutes then I asked again, then one salesman dropped five boxes of water and he started to help him , I talked to him I already asked you two times now you helping the salesman without cleaning the table, after he finished he came to clean with no respect to the customer. We asked to sit outside but waitress said the umbrella is broken. 10 minutes later they opened it without any issues. Very disappointing we were lied to. Waste of our time and money. We paid extra for the ambience which was restricted from us. Please sort your waitresses out. It wasn’t even busy. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
