This is my third time visiting Bar’ouf I come to Rouen for holidays as a night club manager in Dallas Texas I can say the ambiance is a 10 of 10 Yohan is a very friendly bartender please come see him best service ever. Can’t wait to come back next year. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30
