My experience at Barrera's Fried Chicken was unacceptable. They boast about their cooking method, claiming "I do it by eye," but the reality is far from impressive. The chicken I received was undercooked and unsafe to eat. This kind of carelessness is not only unprofessional but dangerous. If they can't ensure the chicken is cooked properly, they have no business serving food. I won't be taking the risk of eating here again. I'm from Robstown , grew up eating my padrinos chicken. Gregorio Barrera was the founder left a legacy that I don't think anyone would've known . I recently took a friend of mine who never had Barreras he said that was the best chicken he had ever eaten . Everyone should have Barreras chicken once in their life, you will become a regular customer . Highly recommend this establishment !!
