Pirinopolis, a wonderful city with a multitude of good things. But I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered dinner, it came wrong, a friend decided to keep my order. I ordered the same order again and it was wrong again. Maaaassss, the worst thing was the disregard of the employees and even the manager in resolving the situation. With so many options here in Piri, I don’t recommend anyone entering an establishment like this. It seems that because there are a lot of tourists (if you don't want them, there will be others who want them) they are very negligent. And all the other places I've been to, for the second time I've been here, I've always received very good service. I hope to help someone, maybe it's just me, but when in doubt... We were at Barroco Pub e Restaurante on 01/27/2024. Despite having visited Pirenópolis several times, I had never visited the bar. In addition to being a very pleasant environment, the menu presents very interesting options, with dishes with generous portions and affordable prices. However, what won us over most was the service provided to us, the professionals who helped us in the afternoon were extremely friendly, kind and very attentive. The pedidis were made quickly and arrived immediately. In addition to giving us tips about the city, they left us with the feeling of being among friends, something that is very good, but very rare in a place visited by so many people. We are very grateful and congratulate the service provided by Felipe, Kaliton and João, who made us feel very comfortable during the almost four hours we were there. Alessandra at the TB cashier is incredible, very lively and in addition to returning in the evening, it will definitely be an establishment we will return to on other visits to the city.
