After a long journey to Istanbul, I wanted to grab some quick Turkish meatballs in a bread roll for dinner. I found exactly that at and more at Base Burger. At first glance, it looks like a typical burger restaurant, but the meat was exceptionally good, and the owner was super friendly, which immediately made me feel welcome in the city.
