View of Denali was exceptional. However, service was extremely bad. We had to wait over 2 hrs for our food. Waitress never checked on us, we had to chase her down twice, other waiters once each, head waitress, finally manager. Nothing offered that wasn’t already part of our meal voucher. They couldn’t even offer another drink. Wasn’t worth the 18% tip that was automatically included as part of the voucher. Take the shuttle and go into town. Food was cold, smores dessert was just marshmallows with chocolate syrup Waited 20 minutes for water, waited 30 for our ticket, finally had to go find waiter & get it. Told him he needed help he said no, so to me he’s greedy. Over priced n cold food Bring your own food Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
