I have dined in and taken food home, I must the best food place in Basildon. Very friendly staff and the food is prepared in an open kitchen (nothing to hide) eat in confidence. The Wait for the food is very quick. And the order is always right, nothing missing. Five star in every area best chef mucahit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had such a big expectations because of the rating but unfortunately we left disappointed. We are buying regularly turkish food from different places and clearly can see the difference. Lamb was chewy, rice extremely dry and sticky. Tzatziki also dry and very salty. Halloumi was fried, not grilled. Definetely woudn't choose it again. Sorry Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Had a sit down meal at Basildon Turkish Grill yesterday , great food and service . Friendly staff , plenty of extremely tasty, well presented , piping hot yummy food ordered the platter. Would definitely recommend for takeaway or a quick sit down if your passing and looking for a bite to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5
