We came to pick up a chocolate hazelnut foccacia included in the Camby Menu. We are told that there are no more ingredients to make them (for information, it's a paste + nutella) So I ask her what she's missing, she stutteringly replies that she doesn't have the ingredients (she says while putting a pizza in the oven...) So we ask him to replace it with a drink, or even with a plain dough ‍ She ended up admitting to us that she had been ordered to no longer serve Camby cards, because supposedly "everyone comes and collects them on the last day" For me, this excuse is not valid because it would mean that "traditional" customers have priority over "camby" customers, and it is not as if pasta and nutella were rare or expensive commodities... . It's quite sad because all the other businesses played the game, except them. If you are not able to guarantee your offer from the first day to the last, do not offer a welcome offer, because like every year there will always be people who come on the last day, and you will absolutely not be able to Don't blame them for that. Edit after owner's response: To tell you the truth my good sir, my opinion was a 5 star before I transformed it into two (which the person last year asked me in exchange for free foccacia, that's funny by the way, Camby reviews are sold, but half were negotiated for a foccacia ) I have come to basilic and co less than ten times I would say, so I know what you do, and I have no problem with the quality of your products, you are right, it must be made clear. The big problem is that you differentiate between customers, and that shouldn't be the case because in addition to being a camby customer, I was above all a normal customer who took pleasure in coming (and spending! ). It's a shame, because your response started well, but your repeated criticisms and personal attacks clearly show anger on your part, and that was clearly not the objective of this opinion. To conclude, I understand your problem related to inventory management, I simply wanted to express my feelings on the customer side, without calling into question your entire establishment. Thank you for your invitation to discuss this, but I prefer it to stop here. Good luck for this year! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Hello Dear Philémon, Thank you for this colorful opinion which reminds me why I love my job so much. …Hello Dear Philémon, Thank you for this colorful opinion which reminds me why I love my job so much. So let's be clear young padawan, the camby offer is available from September 9 to August 31. We ensure this offer without any difficulty throughout the year because we plan a stock accordingly. During the last camby week we had such an increase in demand on the space offered that we found ourselves unable to meet all the demand. And yes! We found ourselves out of stock of dough. Impossible to service our customers who paid to make foccace at 0€! So, to prevent this from happening again, we have estimated a stock for Camby offers. Once stock is reached, out of stock. You don't like it but I think you'll survive, right? And what makes me laugh the most (it's not true) is that if you come on August 31 to take advantage of the offer that means you've never set foot in the restaurant of the year. Not once have you taken advantage of the permanent offer and come to post your 2-star review. You don't even know what we're actually doing. The others didn't all play the game, I know that because some even closed the 31st to avoid having piques like you. In any case, thank you for this feedback. It's thanks to guys like you that restaurateurs won't renew the Camby card. P.S: customers who pay will always have priority over those who do not pay. P.S2: you're a rat but it's going to be okay! P.S3: If you want more information leave your number at the restaurant I would be happy to explain it to you in person! Life remains good despite everything and 99.9% of our camby customers are delighted! EDIT: I actually got carried away. The return week was tough . My apologies for this intense response. We will always be delighted to see you again and manage the camby offer as best as possible. More
