Simply great. My wife being a local and us being here every year to visit, I have no idea how we missed this restaurant 15 mins away from us. The outside sitting area felt straight off cozy and welcoming. We were met by very friendly staff and looked after perfectly. To find staff this kind and knowledgeable is unfortunately very rare to find in this area. Having decided on the pizza we were in for a treat. We have had so many great pizzas, but this was just perfect. The dough, made with whole wheat flour, was exquisite. Tasty, light and easy on the stomach. Baked to perfection, nothing soggy in the middle. This Pizzaiolo knows his craft! His smile and pride for the dough said it all. Therefore I have to thank him once more and the "Basilicó-Team" for a really nice dinner. We're looking forward to try the other dishes and I hope more people will get to enjoy their food made with love here, instead of going to certain places in the area (no names being called ;) ).
