In town for 2 nights by the airport, wanted something "healthy and light" because it was late. I found Basilico Ristorante. I drove a few miles. Oh my goodness!!! So delicious!! I had the shrimp with endive AND beef carpaccio!!! I haven't had beef carpaccio in years. It was so good I didn't need the olive oil dressing. I might go back tomorrow night. The gentleman working the bar...great jead of hair. :) Thank you so very much for my wonderful dinner.
