Staff not trained, and not concerned with orders. Called the "Manager" to explain the incorrect lunches that were received and that my only to-go order that was WRONG. She explained that I would need to bring in the card and receipt the order was charged to for a correction or refund. I replied that I wanted neither, or going to drive back there for 25 miles. She had little to no regard to help me want to return. Downtown Jackson might have been a better fit. Used to go weekly- THIRD time now, gone wrong- will keep me from going back.
