First time there. We ordered 2 of the special of Cheeseburger and fries, asked for onion rings instead thought it would be an upcharge of $3. Checking out I noticed we were charged $7.99 for each order of rings. Asked about it and waitress said they had to charge full price because it was a special to begin with and no substitutes because the price was already set low which was a good price. I wish that had been mentioned while ordering because I may have stuck with the special. Also if it wasn't a substitute why didn't they bring my fries.
