Most people have noticed that you can order good ice cream here. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, milkshakes are good. A lot of guests mark that the staff is patient here. Unprofessional service is something that people don't like at Baskin-Robbins. When you enter this place, you notice the cool atmosphere. I guess I can't speak for everyone, but this is the first time I come to this location and it was very pleasant. I had an issue with a Doordash order where they were out of stock of an item, and that's fine, I messaged my Dasher to ask if there were any substitutions. My Dasher kept messaging me back with very dry bothered responses, they had ended up giving my order to a different Dasher and just taking my order for themselves. The second Dasher recommended me just calling the restaurant, which I ended up doing and just saying I'll go pick it up myself. Very, very, nice staff on the phone and in person. She was very understanding and accommodating. Not sure why this place has the rating it has, but at least from my experience it's a 5 star.
