I usually come to this Baskin-Robbins, and the service is always good, but today I was especially impressed. A young woman (I believe she may be Asian) provided excellent customer service — very friendly, patient, and attentive. She made the experience even better and really stood out. I appreciate her effort and kindness. Great job!

I just wanted to leave a big shout-out to Nick at Baskin-Robbins for providing such an awesome experience! He was super friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude from the moment I walked in. Nick helped me choose a flavour (even gave me a few samples without hesitation) and made the whole visit feel personal and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in what he does. Definitely made my day—thanks, Nick! Look how hard working he is!
