First of all, it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and take your order. Then the guy taking our order had an earbud in one ear and headset in the other. You had to scream for him to hear you. He messed up two orders and did not understand the importance of being careful to watch for food allergies. The other worker in the building had not even acknowledged us until we became upset that he wasn’t paying attention to what we ordered and could make our son sick. The ice cream flavors had been switched as well, which made it even more difficult to make sure of food allergies. Worst service ever and I highly recommend you STAY FAR FAR AWAY (especially of you have food allergies or sensitivity)!!!!!

Every time I order a banana split they always tell me that they don't have bananas. I can understand maybe once, but not every time.
