At this cafe, guests may have tasty chocolate ice cream and perfectly cooked fudge. You will hardly forget great chocolate frappe that you can try. Baskin-Robbins is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Around 8pm today 6/15/26. Horrible experience. Lady taking our order was very rude to us specially my kids. I just don’t understand how people can work at places like this and have such a terrible attitude. She lost her temper when we said she was being rude and stormed off slamming stuff and walking away. Screamed at her coworker to come take our order and he just stared and didn’t do anything either. My kids even said not to ever come back. Sad.

This was the worst service I have ever had at any store. I don’t know her name but she needs to work some where else. I will NEVER go back to a baskin robbins ice cream store.

First time ever having Baskin-Robbins, as there is none in Savannah. The dude with the glasses was very friendly and helpful! I got the jamocha almond fudge and the snickers and it was really good! Would recommend it to anyone driving through Macon.
