this is the second time in a row we got a sizeable piece of plastic in our ice cream. will not ever be returning to this location, or to any baskin robbins locations in general. not worth the panic and anxiety and potential health hazard. not okay

Dear Baskin-Robbins Team, I recently visited one of your locations and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The quality of the ice cream was below expectations — it lacked freshness and flavor. Additionally, the service was quite slow and the staff did not seem attentive or welcoming. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the tables and counters were not properly cleaned. As a brand with such a great reputation, I expected much better.
