This guy is excellent. He has a great attitude and is very good at handling customers. He is a Baskin-Robbins employee—honestly, the best employee I have ever encountered.

A very bad and disappointing experience at this Baskin Robbins branch. During my visit, one of the employees (Indian nationality) argued aggressively with a young Saudi employee in front of me, raising his voice and interfering rudely while the Saudi employee was serving me. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in front of customers. On the contrary, the Saudi employee was very polite, friendly, and professional, and provided excellent service without any mistake that would justify such treatment. What happened reflects a poor and unhealthy work environment. I strongly urge Baskin Robbins management to take serious action, including disciplinary measures or termination, and ensure respect for Saudi employees who represent the brand with professionalism and respect.
