Salesman Rakun need training to deal with customers. He was rude. He refused to give vanilla shake in glass bottle whereas soon after I got it from other branch without any objection. BR should make clear policy whether to serve customers with glass bottle or not and should check salesman whether they need training or not.

I had a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins this branch. The staff member did not ask if I wanted strawberry sauce or not, and when I brought it up, he said there’s no need to ask and that it’s okay to add it later anyway. His tone was very rude and dismissive, and when I tried to clarify, he raised his voice and said “go.” His attitude and behavior were extremely unprofessional.
