Horrible attitude of the worker. Just now at 22:00pm on this day, I went in with a coupon. I’ve used then at different branches already and always was allowed toppings etc. so have other people I know. This guy said only sauce is allowed and that toppings are ‘premium’, when the literal stand says bottom line is regular and top line is premium. What’s the point of employing someone when they don’t understand clear items and argue with you and act rude, as if it’s a huge issue for him to just read. He wouldn’t even listen to any explanation and blamed it all on management. Ridiculous way to speak to a woman, a paying customer. I’m appalled at the level of service. I ended up paying anyways and left, and he shouts after me ‘take your receipt’ when I already said thank you and I don’t want the paper and I was already leaving. It wouldn’t hurt him to learn the importance of please and thank you.
