The part-time worker's customer service is kind and makes me feel really good. Your smile is beautiful. One thing I'm curious about is that he's scooping ice cream with the same hand he used to hold money. However, most people probably don't care that much. But here's the real deal. I hope this will be helpful to those who are thinking of working here. Previously, I worked part-time here for about half a year. All of the part-time workers were very kind and nice. However, the store manager (a blonde woman in her 70's) was very Showa-style, which made it difficult for me. First of all, the teaching style was very high-pressure. When I was working there, a long-term part-time worker told me, ``About 1 in 4 people stay for more than a year.'' It seems that most people are fed up with the store manager's guidance, which is almost like power harassment, and quit. I am one of them. They get angry if you waste even the slightest amount of equipment (not on purpose), get angry even on the first day if the weight of the ice cream deviates even by 1g from the specified amount, and start with denial because they don't want to listen to the opinions of part-time workers (my experience) There were so many things in the changing room that it was difficult to change, so I asked her if there was anything I could do about it, and she said, ``That's impossible!'' Also, one thing that I personally noticed is that washing your hands is of course important because you handle food, but part-time workers do it fairly sparingly (at a restaurant I used to work at, employees wash their hands a lot). Part-time employees wear hats to prevent their hair from falling out, but the manager doesn't wear anything when scooping ice cream. To be honest, I don't think the attitude toward handling ice cream is good. If you are thinking of working here, I recommend that you look for another part-time job. Working here will only wear you down mentally. I want to reduce the number of victims like me. However, I think it is a good store to use as a customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
