If I could give this a zero I would. I ordered from Uber Eats. The store didn't have any old fashioned butter pecan for my order. When the driver called me and I spoke to a guy. Which he didn't want to give me his name. With Uber eats if you cancel the order they charge you a cancellation fee. He had the nerve to tell to pay the cancellation fee. I would understand if I messed up the order. The store didn't even have the ice cream. As much as I use Uber eats I have never seen when the store can't cancel the order. The young man definitely needs to learn customer service. I never order from them again

0 stars. I literally just ordered vanilla ice cream. The most basic of basic. They said they didn’t have any. I asked about a different flavor and they didn’t have that either so I asked what do you have? I got something else and thought I had ordered a 2 scoop sundae and all I ended up getting was a scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Like, no syrup, no whipped topping, no cherry. I mean. damn. K.

This Baskin-Robbins was different. The employees were mean as heck and it was supper crowded. I asked for a receipt and the boy who worked there shoved the receipt in my hand. Crazy.
