A number of guests point out that you can have good ice cream here. The high ratings of Baskin-Robbins would be impossible without patient employees. Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here.

My sundae did not include sprinkles as I selected. Extremely poor customer Service. There is no way to speak to someone at the location without waiting for a long time on AI IVR

When I went in the place was a mess no body but this guy sitting in the lobby he yelled back at the girls waited like 7 minutes they were taking out the trash and that's why they weren't up front I got two large drinks and they were like soup I was very disappointed spent 24 bucks for two large drinks that were nasty

Went to get ice cream at 10:35pm and was told we couldn't get any ice cream since they are cleaning the machines since they close at 11pm. It's baskin Robbins, we came for ice cream... This location is really terrible anytime I've been here. I recommend going elsewhere.
