A number of visitors suppose that you can order tasty ice cream and perfectly cooked waffles here. This place is known for great frappes. Unfortunately, the staff is disorganized as many guests note. Enjoyable service is something clients appreciate here. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, the decor is cute. But Baskin-Robbins hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

How is it at 11:30?You do not have your ice cream set up.And then when I ask 41 scoop of chocolate ice cream , it was the tiniest little bit , they said that it had been busy when I went in there. It was dead and they were just standing around talking. Where's their manager? Where is their sense of urgency or sense of anything? I'm so disappointed because I used to love going to basket and Robbins, but now I will never return to that location. I paid $6 for a small scoop of ice cream. As a restaurant manager myself, they need to get a manager that is their present.Get these rude, lazy employees out and get people who actually care otherwise.I fear that this location will end up closing because there's no business because they do not know how to treat their customers

Ordered a lactose free ice cream cake online on 2/8 then I got a voicemail on 2/11 that they are unable to do the lactose free, asked if I would like to pick another flavor otherwise I would have to come in store to get a refund for my online order. Called spoke with the owner and he said unfortunately that’s their policy so I’m already frustrated but I make the extra trip to go get the refund since I had to order a cake elsewhere and get to the store and they can’t do the refund because the manager isn’t there. I get told that he’s hardly ever there and the employees need him there more too but they couldn’t tell me when he would be in again. I’ve not only wasted a crap ton of time with this company but also they basically stole from me because I haven’t received a refund for an order they weren’t able to fulfill because they refuse to keep that product on hand. Beyond frustrated at this point

I am so pleased my family ordered one of their custom ice cream cakes! It was an absolute thing of beauty, I had no idea they could make an ice cream cake look so amazing. It will be our new go-to for celebrations. Kudos to the Baskin-Robbins cake Decorator
