There was a long line. 3 employees and only one serving at a time. I waited in line for 20 mins and decided just to get a couple quarts. Took the tubs to the register and was told I would need to wait in line until I was next. Not very efficient. Would make sense to have one on the register while the other 2 were serving. Maybe it's just me. But, i dont think the store is being ran very well. Tables and chair need attention as well. This place may just be under staffed. Could be better. I love to go to Baskin-Robbins mainly for the Oreo Milkshake. The staff members blend it to perfection and it always tastes delicious.
