You will be offered good coffee. Guests don't highly appreciate ice cream at Baskin-Robbins. Many reviewers think that employees are attentive here. Terrific service is something visitors agree upon here. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Horrible customer service I tried calling numerous times before going to this location and got no answer. Given that the area is nice, I decided to try and give them a chance. I get there and try to order my frozen coffee, which I’m told, we don’t do that here, and I’m like what? What do you mean “you don’t do that here” and she quickly changes it to “we don’t have it” HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE FROZEN COFFEE?! YOURE A FREAKING DUNKIN!!!! I then respond, “you know it would be nice if yall answered the phone, cause I was trying to call multiple times”…their response literally made me laugh out loud ….”we don’t have a phone” Like what??? You’re a multi billion dollar company and your store doesn’t have a phone?!? Whoever owns this establishment….do better. You don’t even deserve one star.

We came 1 hour before closing and they had already packed everything away and they were turning off the lights
