I ordered the chicken noodles with tendon meatballs at Mie Ayam Cepot, and I have to admit it was incredibly addictive. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a lovely texture, while the savoury seasoning coated every strand beautifully. The tendon meatballs were the real highlight for me, packed with flavour and wonderfully satisfying to bite into. The broth complemented the dish perfectly, making the entire meal feel warm and comforting. Before I knew it, I had finished the bowl and was already thinking about coming back for another visit. It is the kind of meal that stays in your mind long after you have left the table. Whenever I am craving a proper bowl of mie ayam with delicious bakso urat, Mie Ayam Cepot is always one of my first choices.
