We did not dine in. We got our food to go. The woman that works the phones is the rudest woman I’ve ever talked to. I can’t eat the family style because of all the garlic. I just wanted to order Steak dinners. She’s just so cold, I hate calling there and her answering the phone. I know she’s one of the owners. But she needs to get somebody else that has a better personality. Her personality is terrible. I’m sorry we have not been there for quite a few years due to the fact that I found a cockroach in the extra side of blue cheese dressing after I put it on my salad. I never commented it about this but the way she acted on the phone tonight was unacceptable. Look out for cockroaches. Food: 5

Basque Norte has been a great experience both times I’ve eaten there. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service really stood out. The owner and his wife are wonderful people who make you feel appreciated from the moment you walk in. You can tell this is a place that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in what they do. I’ve only been there twice myself, but I have good friends who have been going there for years and speak very highly of it, which says a lot about the consistency and reputation they’ve built over time. Definitely a restaurant I look forward to visiting again. Easy 5-star experience and highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70
