We had the best lunch here! Chicken biryani and creamed rice with chicken - both really tasty! The serves are generous, we couldn't finish either of them, and tgs lemon mint juice was refreshing and delicious. The service was quick and professional. Unfortunately, my experience at Basta in Mall of Qatar was disappointing. The service was not welcoming at all. We were not greeted properly, and the staff barely spoke — they mostly used hand gestures instead of communicating politely with customers. No “welcome,” no “thank you,” and no one checked if we needed anything during our visit. The overall attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional, which made the experience uncomfortable.
