The image of Bastia’s drink and food

Among other Mediterranean cuisune places to eat at, this bar can be one of the best. Come here for nicely cooked ricotta, grilled swordfish and artichoke salads if you are hungry. Serving good gelato, olive cakes and tiramisu is the hallmark of Bastia. Delicious orange wine, coffee martini or negroni will make your meal even more delicious and you'll surely come back. A lot of visitors order great espresso, bread drink or tea.

A cosy atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. The hospitable staff welcomes guests all year round. This spot is remarkable for its nice service. Tasty dishes at average prices are provided here. This bar is ranked 4.7 within the Google grading system.

Visited with reservation on a Friday night. Reservations via OpenTable. We were quickly greeted and seated and the team was very courteous. The manager also greeted us at our table to let us know she was available during our dining experience. We ordered the pictured dishes as well as their non alcoholic mocktail options which were very refreshing takes on standard cocktails like an Aperol spritz. The portion sizes were perfect for sharing and trying several different dishes. The flavors were robust and my favorite dish were the swordfish brochettes. Enjoyed the citrus fruit at the end of dinner which was a very sweet nightcap. Tables in the interior dining area are a little close together and it is very dim which made it a little challenging to read the menu. $$ There is valet and very limited street parking (the rest isn't is in a residential area) Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This might just be my favorite restaurant in Philly. Nestled into a residential neighborhood, Bastia oozes cool. The menu is new and wholly original, yet familiar - a true Mediterranean melange, playing with flavors (sweet & savory), textures (smooth & crunchy), and colors. And the food is delish!!! The decor is understated cool, and the vibe is totally chill. Lovely ambience, understated but attentive service, and some of the more memorable food we have had recently in Philadelphia. Shaved artichoke salad, skate cheek, and wagyu flank were all really solid. Amari menu deserves a close look. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+
