Great pub. For craft beers, you can't go wrong. Excellent selection of Italian microbreweries (Dada from Correggio, for example, features often) and they have draft ales too. Food is good with a great selection of sandwiches, cold cuts and cheeses. Staff are friendly and there's a nice laid-back vibe.So why only four stars? The toilet. The toilet. The toilet. Not quite like Trainspotting (ok, nowhere near) but you can fix the cistern, right? Or, better yet, install a urinal. This would mean gentlemen customers could relieve themselves at the urinal, thus, hopefully, leaving the toilet in better condition for those who need to, um, sit down.Ok, so four and a half stars, five when the 'pissoir' is installed.
Wow is all you can say when it comes to their beer selection.  Being in Italy there is not much craft beer.  There are a few breweries here and there but even rarer is the bar with multiple craft beers on tap.  This place, nestled in the bustling old town of Parma is one of the best places for a beer lover in town.  They had 10 beers on tap, an awesome Christmas Ale, a solid NEIPA and several other offerings I did not try this trip.  Add to this their excellent Tagliere (meat and cheese board) and you have a winning combo.  Meat and cheese boards are the standard in Italy obviously but this place takes it from old world Italy and refines it a bit adding a nice fig jam, local honey and the typical regional offerings of Parma.  I really enjoyed this place, it will be a must go on the next trip to Parma.
Very good beer!!
