I like their coffee, chai, and bagels, but was really disappointed with their matcha latte. I am an avid matcha drinker and I would rather get starbucks matcha lol. It is very dark in color which tells you how bitter it is (dark = older green tea leaves, the lowest quality matcha there is OR it oxidized because it’s old). It was very very gritty and bitter, I couldn’t even drink it after a few sips. For the price you pay, I would expect better quality matcha. Also gave me a headache both times I have tried it, I have never had that experience with matcha before Food: 3 Service: 5

The new Batch coffee location on Main St in Endicott is a welcome addition to the area. The drinks are consistently good and I’ve enjoyed the food I’ve ordered. The service has always been friendly, and if you see Shalaine at the drive-thru window she’ll make your day brighter! Great experience all around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
