We’ve been to Bates Restaurant twice in the past few months and cannot recommend the food highly enough. Everything is so fresh and tasty. We had surf & turf the last time and I’ve never had anything like the prawns, absolutely amazing and the steak was so tender. Looking forward to our next visit already. Thanks guys and wishing you a very successful 2020.

We had my nieces communion day their last year. We left feeling very disappointed upset and angry. The menu was not child friendly. The staff completely ignored my little niece. They never even told her how petty her dress was etc. They made no fuss of her at all. They didn't even give her a card etc. They even forget to serve us our deserts tea , coffee etc. My advise would be not to celebrate any occasion at Bates. So disappointing. I will never go their again. ????????????
