Both hostesses were super nice, provided exceptional assistance and demonstrated remarkable courtesy when we arrived between services and still got us a spot. We initially intended to have drinks and ultimately concluded our evening at the lasts "Fridays at Batos" event, which proved to be an outstanding experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was delicious. I ordered the beef ribs tacos and a non-alcoholic mojito. The place itself is very beautiful, but unfortunately, everything else was far from beautiful. The service was terrible. We had to wait a very long time before someone came to take our order. Later, we waited far too long to pay, and in the end, we were only able to pay because I stopped the waiter myself. The waiter showed no interest whatsoever in how we were feeling, whether we enjoyed the food, or if we would like to order anything else. In conclusion, this place is not worth the money. Price per person: ALL 2,500–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely terrible service and one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences I’ve had. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before anyone even came to take our order. When the food finally arrived, part of the order was wrong and several items we had ordered were simply forgotten. The attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. I personally felt that I was being treated differently because I did not look “rich enough. Whether that was intentional or not, that was genuinely how the interaction made me feel. When our group asked to have the bill split, we were initially told that it wasn’t possible. When we politely asked why, the staff member rolled their eyes at us and eventually, they did allow us to split the bill. Mistakes happen, but the rude and disrespectful attitude is what really ruined the experience. Customers should not have to feel judged, ignored or treated like an inconvenience. Definitely not coming back. There are plenty of places where you can spend your money and actually be treated with basic respect. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
