Baugher's is an eatery that has been serving Carroll County and Westminster for years. They are consistently good. They aren't the Ritz, they're a country haunt. They are a niche that we love. The prices are great and so it's the liver and onions. Parking: The ice cream, pies, fruits are awesome. We've been looking forward to having lunch at Baugher's Restaurant and Market. We weren't disappointed. The food was fresh. The service was exceptional. The prices were fair. We ordered milkshakes. They were delicious. The pies for dessert were the best.
