We are of course sorry that your experience was not perfect, however I am obliged to tell you that we only use butter and not margarine. Whether in our puff pastry, our almond creams, frangipane, croissants... I gladly invite you to come to the laboratory to prove the opposite to you. You will be surprised to find… butter there. And lots of other local products, because our motto: homemade and local. It is essential for us to put our small producers to work. Know that we are for exchange and communication. Don’t forget that there are small craftsmen who work very hard all year round and that these are difficult jobs.
