Hello shrutiThank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the Hyderabad chicken did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when the taste and quality of the food are not as expected, especially after asking for a recommendation.Your comments about the texture of the chicken and the flavor of the curry have been noted, and we will review this with our kitchen team to make sure our dishes are prepared properly and that recommendations given over the phone are clear and accurate. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Feedback like this helps us improve our food and service.Regards,Bawarchi Express
