We just checked into the hotel, and the first impression is completely spoiled. We arrived with a dog, for which an additional fee is charged (700 hryvnias for 1 day of stay). Well, okay, that's fine. The price does not include anything and, even more, you are not allowed in the restaurant with an animal. About which, by the way, we were not warned anywhere. If we had been told about this before booking, we would have looked for a more pet-friendly hotel.... The restaurant was updated, but the rules remained from the 90s. I hope that the further stay will not disappoint as much as this "surprise". P.S. the dog weighs 2 kg and sits calmly in your arms Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

For the first time, they rested with their family in "Bayka". The first impression is great, the location is simply wow! A large area with a swimming pool and a playground. The room has everything you need: kettle, iron, hair dryer, mini cosmetics, refrigerator, TV. However, then the impression gradually deteriorated, starting with the cafe staff, inattentive and slow, repeatedly forgetting to serve utensils; served dishes without cleaning up after previous visitors; a hair in the borscht, after which the desire to eat there has completely disappeared, there is no possibility to take "coffee with you", the menu is mediocre. The swimming pool can be visited not only by the residents of the hotel, but by everyone who wants to, which creates unnecessary noise, noise and busyness of the pool itself, which is unnecessary when you have come to relax. On the evening of the 2nd day, the hotel administration made a mistake with the rooms, and they intended to accommodate another family in our room. For three days, the room was not cleaned, the garbage was taken out by themselves, there was no one to take even a garbage bag. The towels in the rooms have outlived their usefulness.
