Once the promenade around the Three Rivers Fountain is over, visit Bay's Vietnamese Cuisine. The Vietnamese cuisine is nice at this restaurant. If hungry, come here for good beef noodle soup, beef noodles and chicken noodle soup.

The pho has a good flavour (although, too much MSG flavour over true broth)? Very disappointed at the lack of trimmings? Very little to no herbs? No lemon? Hardly any bean sprouts? When I used to order this dish, I used to get a plate of all of these things to add in, now just a bowl with noodles, beef and too much MSG?
