At the place where they sell crepes and other food, the woman wearing glasses was very rude. When I asked her to heat up the food, she responded in a very unpleasant way and said that I should have told her in advance. After heating it, she basically threw it onto the counter as if to say, “Take it.”

I have more than 20 years of experience in purchasing from the Bazaar/Baza chain. Until recently, I had a pretty good relationship with all 4 stores. Not only did their assortment complement what we can buy in ordinary American supermarkets, but also the pricing in often competitive. In addition, there used to be atmosphere of trust. Couple times when I discovered at home some problem with the product quality, the stores gave me replacements. That is why, when I found out that one of the 7 soup containers that I purchased from this store lacked meat (I discovered that more than a week after the purchase), I arrived with a receipt, hoping to solve the issue amicably. The manger Kira (?) I met was dismissive. "Why would I compensate you?" "Because you value a good name of your store," I responded. She laughed and gave me a bad look, as if my words were crazy. "Male, if you came earlier, I would have watched all the videos to catch a cook on missing the meat drop." So, if a manager is laughing at words like "store reputation", it makes sense to stay away from that store. Hope other stores from that chain do not follow the suite.
