On August 12 I went kiting in De Haan (Oostende, Belgium). Unfortunately I lost my board. I had already given up trying to find the board when I was contacted by Beach Break Noordwijk on August 31, three weeks later. The club found my board on the beach and took the trouble to start an investigation into the owner, which means me. There was a sticker on my board, but it had become poorly visible after three weeks of floating. I am very grateful that they managed to contact my sailing club by puzzling and googling. I now have my board back in my possession. I would like to share my story through this review and thank the surf club for their efforts and their unlimited solidarity with kiters who lose their boards. I think this says a lot about the club.
