More than a month in advance I made a reservation for 5 people to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival the restaurant was full and our table was not available. We were told that "someone must have taken the ticket," but no resolution was offered. We had to look elsewhere on a busy Saturday evening, which really ruined the evening. The staff was friendly, which is why 2 stars, but the organization left much to be desired. Hopefully this will be addressed better in the future.
