I have a friend who’s kind of a connoisseur for yoghurt drinks. He rates Yomie’s and Beau Tea at the top. I’ve tried Yomie’s a couple of times and although I acknowledge it’s not bad, I’m not a die-hard fan who would find the 30-minute queue well worth it. One day, aforementioned yoghurt-liking friend kindly bought me this attractively-named yoghurt drink from Beau Tea. I really enjoyed it. The yoghurt was very smooth and had a pleasantly sweet floral fragrance to it. I did not detect any iciness though it had been sitting in the fridge for at least a hour prior to tasting. I may be onto something with this accidental maturing process as it proved beneficial to me. Lastly, the rice was different to usual. My friend described it as less sticky and more broken. I would agree.
