We placed the order and when it arrived at the table, the requested items were missing. We thought they were preparing it, but the delay was extreme and we saw that they had actually forgotten to enter the order into the system. Some of my friends only had the juice, we went to eat elsewhere, paying more attention to customers' requests. If there are no sales, there is no profit, if there is no profit, there is no way to employ. The employee needs to be more attentive, as this is causing losses to the establishment.
