What an absolute gem of a place. We stayed for one night this weekend and from the moment we walked through the door, Grant and his team made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare these days to find hospitality that feels so natural and effortless, but that's exactly what we experienced at The Bedford Inn. Nothing was too much trouble, every member of the team was friendly, approachable and clearly takes real pride in looking after their guests. The atmosphere throughout the pub was warm, relaxed and inviting, making it feel more like visiting friends than staying away from home. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great night's stay. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall service was first class from start to finish. Grant has clearly built an amazing team, and it shows in every interaction. Customer service like this deserves to be recognised because it's becoming increasingly hard to find. Thank you to Grant and everyone at The Bedford Inn for making our stay so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to return and will happily recommend you to anyone looking for fantastic food, comfortable accommodation and, above all, exceptional hospitality. Keep doing what you're doing—you've got it absolutely right.
