There is 15 minutes left between tables is to allow …We are sorry that you felt rushed at the end of your booking and I did apologise for this when I let you out. You have a timed booking slot which is explained at booking and on arrival. There is 15 minutes left between tables is to allow us to prepare the table for our next customer, and this time was also exhausted during your visit, and the next booking on your table had already been sent away twice due to us being unable seat them. As it was the Easter Holidays we had back to back bookings all day on all tables. A longer visit could have been arranged to meet your needs, but would need to have been done in advance this is not possible on the day due to other bookings. We never want to rush people but equally we are not able to just let people overstay on bookings when other customers are being sent away. If you feel there was a problem with the payment please email and we can look into this. More
