I ordered the Roast Beef Cheddar sandwich at Beef Line Restaurant. Unfortunately, the sandwich was served very cold. When I mentioned this to the staff, they responded indifferently, saying it could not be reheated. The chef then came and, with the same lack of concern, suggested simply warming the bread. Finally, I approached the Food Court Manager, who was polite and handled the matter with professionalism.
