I've drove by here a few times when I've been in the area. Thought I'd give them a go today. I was getting a little frustrated how long we waited in line 10ish minutes. Until I pulled over in the parking lot to check it out. For the record you have to pull over to eat these sandwiches! They are packed full of the topping plus the burgers are HUGE! I did not know they were made to order! Now I don't care about the wait. The wait was more than worth it. It was all hot, fresh and FLAVORFUL! Even the fries were perfectly crispy and delicious! I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, Kids Jr Cheeseburger Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

If I could give a 0 star I would. Thought my wife and I would try this place as we have been past it a few times. We placed our order before 6 p.m. and still didn't have our food by 6:30 p.m. and when I inquired about the order I was told the order was called along time ago and that someone else must have taken our order. What kind of restaurant tells a customer another customer took their order. Also there was another table where their name was called and they informed they already got their loaded fries. I even commented that the order number wasn't called out. And I was told it was. They never called out the numbers and only called out food items. They didn't even call out all the food items on the order.I knew something was up when other customers were getting their order when they walked in way after we ordered. When I demanded my money back I was told I wasn't going to get loud. Well who's not going to go off after waiting 30 minutes with no food and told someone else took their food. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The overall atmosphere is the only thing that is worth a rating. I would skip Beef-a-Roos and go to Mr. Dave's as they have way better coordination/service and is top notch over this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Atmosphere: 4
