You can tell they are closing. The tech system went down and some staff didn't know what to do. This kept customers waiting. Felt sorry for them as they looked stretched. The breakfast next morning was much better and availability good. More staff were also visible. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Get 3 hours for free if not staying at hotel.

Very disappointing experience at the Frome Flyer Beefeater. The service was extremely slow from start to finish, and to make matters worse, half of our drinks order was forgotten and only arrived after we had to ask again. What made the visit particularly unpleasant was the attitude of our waitress, who came across as rude and arrogant throughout the meal. Customer service should make guests feel welcome, but unfortunately we felt like an inconvenience. Overall, poor service, long waits, and an unprofessional attitude made for a disappointing dining experience. I wouldn't rush back. Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Food was a little disappointing, quality was fine but would be enjoyed more if it had arrived at the table hot.
Special mention for Steph who was lovely and in our view, a great asset and ambassador for the company she represents.
